About Conferencing

These flexible event spaces vary in size, where we can host events, small or large business meetings, conferences and strategy sessions.

Choose one of two conference rooms. The Crest room offers a more intimate space, and the larger Seagrass room can be used on its own or as an interleading venue. These two rooms are situated on the 1st Floor of the hotel and have their own welcome area for a personalised welcome or comfortable registration and tea breaks. The venue is wheelchair accessible and the high-speed Wifi is complimentary so you can seamlessly connect and get started.

Our Special event rooms include:
Room 324 : suited to 15 people seated at one long table; Perfect for dinner parties and more popularly our Baby Shower packages.
Room 319 : Dinner or meeting for 2 people. The 319 experience is a package that has a 5 course dinner menu while overlooking the ocean.

The hotel is filled with natural light and directly overlooks the Bluewater Bay beach, which makes it a memorable Eastern Cape venue.
